The origin of the onemarket companies was initiated with the formation of onemarket consulting.  Both Suzanne and Volker Rudnitzki had successful careers as executives in the automotive supply and OEM industry.  After gaining experience in operations, finance, marketing and construction, they decided to utilize their skills into consulting other companies in those arenas.

After the formation of the consulting group, the founders were continually in the position of selecting sites for other organizations and assisting them in site and business plan development.  This constant search for the best development opportunities for other organizations led to the opening of onemarket development.  The opening of onemarket development, gave the founders freedom to do development work for others but also private development for themselves and their investors.

After completing several residential and commercial projects, the development company saw a market need for higher quality construction capabilities for interior finishes and construction.  This market need led to the formation of Adler Construction, which now serves customers outside just the onemarket companies.
